Volvo partners with Tesla for Supercharger network access in North America

Starting in 2025, the OEM will equip its EV models with the North American Charging Standard (NACS) charging port

Volvo Cars announced signing an agreement with electric-vehicle maker Tesla to access the Supercharger network across the US, Canada and Mexico — the first European original equipment manufacturer to do so, according to a press release dated June 27. Under the agreement, future Volvo cars starting from 2025 will be equipped with the North American Charging Standard (NACS) charging port in North America.
