US state Minnesota adopts California clean air standards
While LEV standard requires manufacturers to sell more environment-friendly vehicles in Minnesota, ZEV standard asks OEMs to sell more EVs and PHEVs
Minnesota has become the latest state to adopt California clean car standards, Green Car Congress said in a report filed on 27 July.
