New policy targets EVs to account for 10% of new vehicle registrations by 2025
The Indian state Maharashtra, which revealed its new electric vehicle policy 2021 on 13 July, has set an ambitious target for battery electric vehicles (BEVs) to contribute 10 percent of new vehicle registrations by 2025.
