Bridgestone receives USD35 million grant for US-based sustainable natural rubber project
The grant will be used to attract additional growers of the crop among local farmers and tribes in the US Southwest
Japanese tire manufacturer Bridgestone announced via press release on 17 November that it had been awarded a USD35 million from the US Department of Agriculture to invest in its desert shrub guayule-based natural rubber project.
