US-based Charger Investment acquires performance aftermarket company PerTronix
PerTronix aims to leverage Charger’s operational knowledge and relationships within the performance automotive aftermarket industry
US-based private equity firm, Charger Investment Partners, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of PerTronix, a US-based designer and manufacturer of performance aftermarket automotive products, according to a release dated 3 December.
