Federal legislation provides consumers the right to repair their vehicle while protecting a free and fair repair market

According to a press release dated 10 February, Auto Care Association along with MEMA Aftermarket, Consumer Access to Repair (CAR) Coalition, and Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) applauds US House of Representatives Neal Dunn, Brendan Boyle, Warren Davidson, and Marie Gluesenkamp Perez for reintroducing the ‘Right to Equitable and Professional Auto Industry Repair’ (REPAIR) Act in the Congress.
