Shareholding ratio is to be 51% for IMC and 49% for the NGK
NGK Spark Plug, a Japan-based ignition and sensor specialist, has announced the conclusion of joint venture (JV) agreement regarding capital and business alliance with IMC International Metalworking Companies B.V. (IMC) by making the consolidated subsidiary of the company into the JV company, a press release dated 28 October read.
