Aisin Seiki, a Japanese corporation that develops and produces components and systems for the automotive industry, announced that in an effort to expand its aftermarket business, the company has acquired the operations of a vehicle parts retail outlet 'James Komaki Minami' from Toyota Mobility Parts on 1 July, according to a press release dated 1 July.
